Starting in this industry as a young woman was challenging. What really drove me to settle only for success was I watched personally the struggle a family could go through from the loss of a parent, the hardships that were endured from not having a proper plan in place. This is when I realized that my true passion was helping others no matter what challenges I faced. Through financial education, knowledge and planning I’ve been driven to help not only my friends and family protect against the unexpected, but my advisors grow their practices.

I focus on building advisor teams. I help them strategize new ideas, reevaluate stale ones, which combined with my sensibility, creativity, passion, honesty, and positive thinking they have been able to achieve their goals and develop an effective client experience for their clients. As a team leader, I enjoy strategic planning and providing value added solutions, which allows me to leverage my negotiation, problem solving, and client advocacy skill sets to deliver a best in class client experience and help my teams grow.
